Our company lacked a centralized platform to track and analyze key marketing metrics, resulting in difficulties in accurately measuring the success of our marketing efforts and identifying areas for improvement.

Solution 

We implemented a comprehensive marketing analytics solution that included the following elements:

  • Dashboards and reporting: We set up Google Analytics to track website metrics, allowing us to understand our website traffic and user behavior. We created custom dashboards to visualize the most important metrics, such as traffic sources, user demographics, and conversion rates.
  • Email dashboards: We integrated Adobe Analytics with Salesforce to track the performance of our email marketing campaigns. This allowed us to analyze metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our campaigns.
  • CRM dashboards: We implemented MS Dynamics as our CRM platform, which provided us with detailed insights into our sales pipeline and customer behavior. We created custom dashboards to track important metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and deal size.
