challenge

Our company’s website was outdated, unresponsive, and did not align with our brand image. It was difficult to navigate, and the content was disorganised. The website was not SEO optimised, which led to a low number of organic visitors. The content was not engaging, and the website was not mobile-friendly. The CMS was also challenging to use, which made it difficult to make updates quickly.

Solution

We conducted a thorough analysis of our existing website to identify the gaps and opportunities for improvement. We collaborated with our design team to plan a new website that aligned with our brand image, was mobile-responsive, and utilised design principles to improve user journeys.

We chose Sitecore as our new CMS, which had an intuitive and user-friendly interface. We worked with an SEO consultant to optimise the website for search engines, including the use of appropriate keywords, meta tags, and headers. We also ensured that the website was optimised for mobile devices, given the increasing trend of mobile usage.

We reviewed and reorganised our existing content and developed new content that was informative and engaging, tailored to our target audiences. We also developed a content marketing strategy that included creating blog posts, videos, and infographics to promote the website content. We promoted the content through social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to expand our reach across B2B and B2C channels.
