The competitor websites were SEO optimized for best practices, which made it difficult for the freelancer website to compete in the market. The content flow was also not optimized, and there were no clear pathways for different user segments.

Solution 

The head of digital marketing manager led the team to identify the user intent and classify the journey between B2B and B2C users, and further categorized them between existing and new users. Backlinks were updated with government domains, and schema markups were added. Meta tags were used, and Robots.txt excluded thank you pages, and a dynamic sitemap was created. The website was optimized by compressing and optimizing images and fast-tracking the website.
